Karli then completed her Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL prior to completing her Distant Dietetic Internship and obtaining her RDN credential.
Karli has personally endured mental and physical struggles in years past with anxiety, amenorrhea, disordered eating/orthorexia and has a strong passion for helping others heal from the inside out, all while understanding and applying the principle of “food is thy medicine.”
Karli previously was specialized within a Clinical RD role as an Adult Solid Organ Transplant Dietitian, which inevitably truly led her to wanting to explore, focus, and improve the root underlying cause of various diseases.
In her spare time, Karli is out running the trails with her dog Frankie, biking along the greenway or experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes!
