Do you guarantee any results?

No. Meal plans are not intended to diagnose, cure, or treat disease.

Do I need to consult a physician prior to this?

Always consult your physician before beginning a new diet or exercise program.

If i have a condition (diabetes msg or gluten allergy etc) will this plan work for me?

Meal plans are intended for general nutrition guidance. This is not a substitute for Medical Nutrition Therapy or one-on-one nutritional counseling. In some cases, you may need to consult your physician before beginning a new meal plan.

Are there any kid friendly options?

Yes, we offer a kid-friendly meal plan for busy families looking to upgrade meals to include more nutrient-dense foods that are also appealing to young palates.

What kind of results can I expect to see?

Meal plans are intended to reduce time spent shopping, searching for recipes, and tracking/logging nutrition information.

Does the food taste good?

Meal plans can be tailored to your specific food preferences.

Are there diverse options?

Meal plan options include: paleo, vegan, Mediterranean Fit, and kid-friendly.

How much cooking will I have to do?

Our plans provide general guidance on selecting and preparing nutritionally dense meals. Some cooking and/or meal assembly is required. These plans work best for people who enjoy cooking, but need help with ideas based on new diet requirements or restrictions.

Are there easy substitutions for the items or do I need to follow the program exactly?

Some recipes indicate substitution options. Depending on your specific health goals which may be discussed with Rhya via a scheduled appointment, additional substitutions may be accommodated.

What should I do if I don't like the food?

Meal plan subscriptions are non-refundable, but edits and substitutions based on intolerances may be made within 30 days of purchase.

I started intermittent fasting, will this affect it?

Meal plans are not intended to be used with intermittent fasting unless previously coordinated with Rhya during a scheduled appointment in which case your meal plan will reflect this approach.  If you wish to schedule an appointment click here

Should I eat before the gym?

Our snack options, along with regular meals, allow for additional flexibility in coordinating eating around your workout schedule.
