Do you know which foods your body is sensitive to?

Knowing which foods your body is sensitive to can have a profound effect on how you feel.
MRT Food Sensitivity Testing
Immunology is quite complex, but the common thread which relates all diet-induced inflammatory reactions is mediator release from white blood cells. Mediators are like messengers inside the body which communicate inflammation. The inflammatory response communicated by these mediators in response to food and chemicals is essentially why we experience symptoms such as joint pain, migraines, GERD, IBS, and other chronic imbalances.
When a person’s blood is introduced to reactive or sensitive foods, their white blood cells produce higher levels of mediators like cytokines and prostaglandins which build up and enlarge the cell. This increase in cell volume can then be measured. Thus, the presence of, and relative amount of inflammation can be quantified. From these results, a personalized meal plan is created which minimizes the immune response and reduces symptoms of inflammation.
“Studies with the University of Miami and research presented at major medical conferences show that MRT® is able to distinguish between symptomatic and asymptomatic populations, that MRT® correlates with inflammation and symptoms, that diets based on MRT® show significant symptom reduction, and that MRT® has excellent real-world reproducibility. “ ~Oxford Biotechnologies
This is why I use MRT over IgG or any other type of food sensitivity testing methods. It is the most reliable and useful in practice.
In summary, MRT® measures diet-induced immune sensitivity and takes much of the guesswork out of sorting through possible food and chemical sensitivities on your own.
Not only does MRT® give insight into inflammation-provoking foods and chemicals, but more importantly MRT® identifies your BEST foods – the foods that form the basis of your personalized LEAP Eating Plan. And sometimes knowing what you CAN eat is more useful than focusing on what you CAN’T eat.
